Ilya Naishuller is a director and producer, best known for the movies “Hardcore Henry” (2015), “Nobody” (2021) and “Heads of State” (2025), as well as music videos for The Weeknd, Biting Elbows, and Leningrad. His music video for Leningrad’s song “Kolschik” won a Cannes Lions award.

Dasha Charusha started off as a composer and musician. As she turned to cinematography in the late 2010s, she created a branded short movie for Yandex (Russian search engine), a sentimental music video for Dima Bilan, Russian pop artist, and a full feature romantic comedy
“The Marathon of Desires” (2020).

At film school Vlad Kaptur started working alongside Ilya Naishuller, providing his editing skills to Biting Elbows’ music videos and the iconic action movie “Hardcore Henry”. As a director he filmed a number of commercials and music videos.
